2. Copy of Saudi National Identification Card (for non-Saudi copy of IQAMA)

3. Copies of all School Certificates

4. Copies of all Training Seminars

5. Copy of Saudi Driver License (both sides)

6. Copies employment certificates, letter of appreciations.

7. Copy of GOSI Card (if candidate has registered at GOSI)

For I/T candidates: They have to pass the company language test or

The employee works for Vinnell Arabia SANG-Modernization Program will benefit himself and others at the same time. Is working for Vinnell Arabia considered as a secured job?
Vinnell Arabia has been working in the Kingdom since 1975 (36 years). None of its employees lost his job during these years.

Are salaries paid on time?
Absolutely. In fact, this is one advantage of working for Vinnell Arabia, whereas salaries payment dates are known in advance for one year, and if payment time occurs on weekends or holydays, payment will be made prior to those weekends/ holydays.

Are employees and their families covered by medical insurance?
Yes, the company has contracted with a well known Saudi insurance company. Medical insurance covers the employee and his family all over the Kingdom. The medical coverage may include parents, if the employee sponsors them.

What are the education and development chances provided by the company?
Working with Vinnell Arabia itself is considered as a kind of education, whereas the employee works side by side with experts who have long experience in their fields. In addition to that, there are training courses inside and outside the company. The company has a branch dedicated for Saudi training and development.

Is there a dedicated uniform for the company? Is it obligated to wear this uniform?
Yes, according to the company contract, there is a dedicated uniform for its employees, especially for those working in training sites. Wearing the uniform is considered obligated.

Are there other branches for the company in the Kingdom?
There are no official branches outside Riyadh city, but the company has some works in other areas such as Western Province and Eastern Province, so we have some employees working there.

Do employees have the chance to improve their English language skills?
Of course, the employee will work with other foreigner employees, in addition to the fact that the company uses English language in its business along with Arabic language, which is the official language in the Kingdom.

Are employees covered by Social Insurance?
Yes, and based on the regulations, the company and the employee pay equally the social insurance fees. The employee will gain benefit from this insurance later on in case he encounters an accident, disability or retirement. In addition to that, the company pays 2% of the employee's monthly salary to cover occupational risks insurance.

Are there rewards offered to employees?
Yes, there are monetary rewards paid to the distinguished employees.

Is military experience considered as a requirement when applying for a job in the company?
No, but priority will be given, in some positions, to those with military experience, if the position itself requires previous military experience.
